Shipping Cost Overview
HEX ships all orders via Fedex Ground for shipments within the United States and Fedex International Priority for all international shipments. The rates provided on the website (and from our Customer Service team) are estimated rates and are calculated based on the items you are purchasing, the selected shipping method, and the delivery location. Actual freight amounts are calculated at the time of shipment and may vary from the projected amounts shown on your order confirmation.
Oversize and/or heavy products such as backpacks, convertible sleeves, messenger bags, totes, and duffels may require additional charges. If additional charges apply, we will email you prior to shipping so you can give us the go ahead. Be sure to check your emails from HEX!!!
HEX does charge a minimal handling fee with all shipping charges.
What about sales tax?
We only charge tax if you ship to an address in California or New York.
Who pays the duties and taxes due for International orders?
HEX is not responsible for any duties or taxes you are charged when purchasing from shophex.com.
Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your Fedex tracking number on it.
What shipping methods do you use?

- Fedex 2Day (2 business days)
- Fedex Standard Overnight (1 business day)
Fedex International Priority (1-3 business days)
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
Don't forget to provide us with your phone number otherwise Fedex won’t be able to deliver.
If you need to ship to a PO Box, please give us a call on (866) 284-8785.
- If you want to ship to a military address, please give us a call to place your order. We recommend using APO Box Shipping, but we can ship to other military addresses as well.
