I am sorry for the inconvenience with your airbed. Below is the warranty information, please follow the instructions.

Instabeds have a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
Serta Airbeds have a two year warranty from the date of purchase.
**WARRANTYS DO NOT START OVER WITH REPLACEMENT BEDS** Your warranty only stands for the original purchase from the date it was bought with the receipt!
1. Please include the following information:
First and Last Name
Complete Street Address (No PO Boxes)
City, State and Zip Code
Day Time Phone Number
2. Model/SKU# of airbed: Examples are ST840017 or 8500714
3. Attach a photo of your sales receipt (required for warranty replacement) with your ticket number (see above) written on it in permanent ink. Please circle the date of purchase and make sure all information is clear and visible.
4. For us to replace your airbed, we request that you destroy your current one. To do this, please cut out the Serta or Instabed logo from the side of the bed and write your ticket number on the cut out piece in permanent black marker. If there is no logo on the bed, please cut out the pump leaving some extra material attached to write the ticket # on it.
Please take a picture of this cut out and attach it to your reply e-mail.
If we do not have the model bed you currently have, we will replace it with the closest model available. We work with both Instabed and Serta and they are made in the same facilities and are often interchangeable depending on the model. We may need to send the opposite brand of the same model if we are out of stock of yours. Do not be alarmed if you are send the other brand, they are the same materials, etc.
Once we receive your information it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you when your replacement item ships.
