It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package with the tracking number provided by Ultimate Direction at the time of shipment, to ensure proper arrangements are made to receive the package on the FedEx estimated day/time.  Ultimate Direction cannot be held responsible or reship packages that were lost or stolen after they have left our website.

When a package is lost or stolen, please confirm the status with FedEx at 1-800-463-3339.  If the package is lost, please contact customer service through chat found at the bottom right of our website M-F 8AM - 5PM MT or complete an inquiry through our customer service portal here.  We will assist you in looking at options once a lost package claim has been filed.  For a stolen package, the customer must work with FedEx in filing a claim to resolve the issue.
