There's a lot going on in a major distribution center- items going this way and that, some travelling priority, others ground, some going to Texas, others to Montana, and some stuff coming back in- all within a time crunch. That means although we try our best to be foolproof, sometimes there are mix-ups. If you mistakenly received an item that you did not order, please reach out to us and we will get the situation sorted! We will have you send the incorrect item back to us with a prepaid label and get going on getting the right one sent out to you ASAP.
