We use third-party purchase protection on our transactions and unfortunately, we do not get the details of why a card was declined under this protection.  The easiest way to get your order placed may be to try and use different card or payment method.  You may want to check with the credit card bank found on the back of the card. If you see a pending charge after the transaction was declined it will just roll off since the order wasn’t approved.
